I accept returns and cancellations

In the event that you need to return merchandise, please use the contact us form.
We must be notified of your desire to return merchandise within 5 days of receipt of your order. You must contact us before attempting to make a return.
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 5 hour of purchase.

Conditions of return

1. We only accept returns for unused products returned to us in their original packaging. The customer provides return shipping. The package must be sent with a tracking number.
2. Please make sure the item is in the same condition as it was received. This includes using a secure shipping method to ensure that the item is not damaged upon return.
3. We do not accept returns for used and/or broken items.
4. The refunds is carried out after the receipt of the goods to us, in compliance with the above rules. Shipping is non-refundable.
5. Refunds will be subject to a $14 restocking fee (the cost to ship a package from Slovakia to the country of delivery)
6. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply.
7. If the parcel is not received by the buyer due to the fault of the buyer or third parties and returned to the seller, then if the order is canceled, the shipping cost is not refundable.
8. If the parcel is not delivered due to the loss of the parcel, then the return of the cost of the goods is possible only after the official confirmation of the postal service about the loss (delivery cost is not refundable).
